Book of Galatians Chapter 3 - Read Chapter 3:24 - [In Context ]So the law was our master until Christ came. After Christ came, we could be made right with God through faith.
3:25 - [In Context ]Now the way of faith has come. So we don't live under the law now.
3:26 - [In Context ]
3:27 - [In Context ]You were all baptized F44 into Christ. So you were all clothed with Christ. This shows that you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
3:28 - [In Context ]Now, in Christ, there is no difference between Jew and Greek (non-Jew). There is no difference between slaves and free people. There is no difference between male and female. You are all the same in Christ Jesus.
3:29 - [In Context ]You belong to Christ. So you are Abraham's F45 descendants. F46 You get all of God's blessings because of the promise {that God made to Abraham}.
Chapter 4 - Read Chapter 4:1 - [In Context ]I want to tell you this: While the heir F47 is still a child, he is no different from a slave. It doesn't matter that the heir owns everything. Why?
4:2 - [In Context ]Because while he is a child, he must obey the people who are chosen to care for him. But when the child reaches the age his father set, he is free.
4:3 - [In Context ]It is the same for us. We were once like children. We were slaves to the useless rules of this world.
4:4 - [In Context ]But when the right time came, God sent his Son. God's Son was born from a woman. God's Son lived under the law. F48
4:5 - [In Context ]God did this so that he could buy the freedom of the people who were under the law. God's purpose was to make us his children.
4:6 - [In Context ]You are God's children. That is why God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts. The Spirit F49 cries out, "Abba, F50 Father."
