15:11 - [In Context|Original Greek]
And He said, "A R910 man had two sons.

15:12 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"The R911 younger of them said to his father, 'Father, give me the R912 share of the estate that falls to me.' So he divided his wealth F339 R913 between them.

15:13 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"And R914 not many days later, the younger son gathered everything together and went on a journey into a distant country, and there he squandered his estate with loose living.

15:14 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"Now R915 when he had spent everything, a severe famine occurred in that country, and he began to be impoverished.

15:15 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"So R916 he went and hired F340 himself out to one of the citizens of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

15:16 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"And R917 he would have gladly filled his stomach with the pods F341 that the swine were eating, and no one was giving {anything} to him.

15:17 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"But R918 when he came to his F342 senses, he said, 'How many of my father's hired men have more than enough bread, but I am dying here with hunger!

15:18 - [In Context|Original Greek]
'I R919 will get up and go to my father, and will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in F343 your sight;

15:19 - [In Context|Original Greek]
I R920 am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me as one of your hired men.'"

15:20 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"So R921 he got up and came to his F344 father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion {for him,} and ran and embraced F345 R922 him and kissed him.

15:21 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"And R923 the son said to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.'

15:22 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"But R924 the father said to his slaves, 'Quickly bring out the R925 best robe and put it on him, and put R926 a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet;

15:23 - [In Context|Original Greek]
and R927 bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let us eat and celebrate;

15:24 - [In Context|Original Greek]
for R928 this son of mine was dead R929 and has come to life again; he was lost and has been found.' And they began to celebrate.

15:25 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"Now R930 his older son was in the field, and when he came and approached the house, he heard music and dancing.

15:26 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"And R931 he summoned one of the servants and {began} inquiring what these things could be.

15:27 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"And R932 he said to him, 'Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has received him back safe and sound.'

15:28 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"But R933 he became angry and was not willing to go in; and his father came out and {began} pleading with him.

15:29 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"But R934 he answered and said to his father, 'Look! For so many years I have been serving you and I have never neglected F346 a command of yours; and {yet} you have never given me a young goat, so that I might celebrate with my friends;

15:30 - [In Context|Original Greek]
but R935 when this son of yours came, who has devoured your wealth F347 R936 with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him.'

15:31 - [In Context|Original Greek]
"And R937 he said to him, 'Son, you have F348 always been with me, and all that is mine is yours.

15:32 - [In Context|Original Greek]
'But R938 we had to celebrate and rejoice, for this brother of yours was dead R939 and {has begun} to live, and {was} lost and has been found.' "
