The men in the meeting said, "We cannot arrest Jesus during Passover. F394 We don't want the people to become angry and cause a riot."

F391: Passover   Important Jewish holy day. They ate a special meal on this day every year to remember that God freed them from slavery in Egypt in the time of Moses.
F392: Son of Man   A name Jesus used for himself. In Dan. 7:13-14, this is the name for the Messiah, the one God chose to save his people.
F393: high priest   The most important Jewish priest and leader.
F394: Passover   Important Jewish holy day. They ate a special meal on this day every year to remember that God freed them from slavery in Egypt in the time of Moses.
