Book of 1 Corinthians Chapter 1 - Read Chapter 1:2 - [In Context ]To the church of God in Corinth, to those people that have been made holy F2 in Christ Jesus. You were called to be God's holy people. You were called with all the people everywhere that trust in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ--their Lord and ours:
1:3 - [In Context ]Grace (kindness) and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1:4 - [In Context ]I always thank my God for you because of the grace (kindness) that God has given you through Christ Jesus.
1:5 - [In Context ]In Jesus you have been blessed in every way. You have been blessed in all your speaking and all your knowledge.
1:6 - [In Context ]The truth about Christ has been proved in you.
1:7 - [In Context ]So you have every gift from God while you wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to come again.
1:8 - [In Context ]Jesus will keep you strong always until the end. He will keep you strong, so that there will be no wrong in you on the day when our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.
1:9 - [In Context ]God is faithful. He is the One who has called you to share life with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
