- You can go to God Most-High to hide. You can go to the God All-Powerful for protection.

- I say to the Lord, "You are my place of safety, my fortress. My God, I trust you."
|
|
- 91:3 - [In Context]
- God will save you from hidden dangers and dangerous diseases.
|
|
- 91:4 - [In Context]
- You can go to God for protection. He will protect you like a bird spreading its wings over its babies. God will be like a shield and a wall protecting you.

- 91:5 - [In Context]
- You will have nothing to fear at night. And you won't be afraid of enemy arrows during the day.
|
|
- 91:6 - [In Context]
- You will not be afraid of diseases that come in the dark, or terrible sicknesses that come at noon.
|

- 91:7 - [In Context]
- You will defeat 1,000 enemies. Your own right hand will defeat 10,000 enemy soldiers. Your enemies will not even touch you!

- Just look, and you will see that those wicked people are punished!

- Why? Because you trust the Lord. You made God Most-High your place of safety.

- Nothing bad will happen to you. There will be no diseases in your home.

- God will command his angels for you, and they will protect you wherever you go.

- Their hands will catch you, so that you will not hit your foot on a rock.

- You will have power to walk on lions and poisonous snakes.
|

- 91:14 - [In Context]
- The Lord says, "If a person trusts me, I will save him. I will protect my followers who worship my name.
|
|
- 91:15 - [In Context]
- My followers will call to me for help, and I will answer them. I will be with them when they have trouble. I will rescue them and honor them.

- I will give my followers a long life. And I will save them.
